What does it mean to move well and without pain?

It comes down to one BASIC principal: neutral alignment. And that's what we do. Our expertise is getting YOU to move with such precise alignment that pain is either minimized or disappeared.

It may seem simple, but getting there requires expertise in understanding the complexity of movement. We tailor therapy techniques to your unique movement difficulties to help older adults push, pull, twist, lunge, walk, jog or run better. We have training in a scientifically sound, internationally recognized protocol, called Functional Movement Systems, that provides a screening process to determine where pain exists, why it's there, and then a corrective sequencing plan of action.
It's not physical therapy, or chiropractic medicine, or personal training*. Yet, it takes guidance from all three.
We are the MOVEMENT BASICS.

With regard to movement, physical pain is your body's check engine light. No good can come from choosing to ignore or silence the signal. You must find the cause and address it.
